Our firm became operative on December 23, 2003, when “La Esperanza” farm was taken over a few months after it had been purchased.
Within the framework of our working plan we first conducted a soil examination and found out it mainly consisted of superficial basalt, typical in the area. This study revealed the farm’s potential which, together with our aim to preserve and recover the so called natural countryside, enabled the definition of a productive profile.
Thus, “La Esperanza” was defined as a cattle breeding farm, as well as a thin-wool ovine breeder. Likewise, this decision implied the need to select certain breeds selection and we chose crossbreed Hereford among bovines and thin Australian Merino among ovines.
In this website we intend to share facts about our activity and provide full information on our products in a simple a friendly way.
